The SIM and Data service simultaneous operation is an addition to this data card where the SIM can also be used to send and receive SMSs at the same time when it is being used for Data purposes.
The price of this Data Card along with BSNL (MTNL for metros) Kit is approximately Rs.3500.
Update: This USB data card initially came locked with BSNL Sim card but you can easily unlock it and use it with any other GSM sim card such as Airtel, Vodafone and Idea. I have used it with airtel 3G sim card in Hyderabad on Windows 8 and it gives a decent speed of 2.8 Mbps downlink. This Modem, along with 200G are discontinued by Micromax so you cannot have USB drivers at present. Though I can confirm that it installs everything necessary by itself on a Windows 7 and 8 PCs.
